Greetings IHS Families,
After a successful year of meeting our targets and graduating 183 scholars, I am excited to continue the foundation of excellence that has been laid. We have a passionate and dedicated staff that understands the complexities of being a teenager in today’s society. Along with social emotional learning we tailor our curriculum to make sure that all classes are arts integrated, culturally relevant, college and career focused, and build character development. We call this AC3. We want to make sure that our scholars are prepared for post secondary success on all levels.
I am grateful to lead such an amazing team. Every scholar has the right to a safe, nurturing, and rigorous learning environment and it is our mission to provide that. With the help of various partners and parents we will continue to meet our growth targets and make IHS one of the best choices our scholars and families will ever make.
