About Keith Chrisman

Mr. Keith Chrisman

English Teacher

Keith Chrisman teaches English at Innovations High School. After earning a B.A. in English from Elmhurst College and cultivating an interest in the works of J. Krishnamurti, John Taylor Gatto and Paulo Freire, he attended Lewis University to further his education and pursue a career as a teacher. On the way to his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Secondary Education, Mr. Chrisman was selected to complete his student teaching in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At Innovations, Mr. Chrisman has taught American Literature, Senior Portfolio and Innovations 101. Mr. Chrisman received the Motivate Award for his work during the 2016-2017 school year.
